These terms govern work performed by Air Con Balancing for commercial clients. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
We provide written quotes before starting work. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Variations are communicated and agreed before proceeding.
Payment is due on delivery of the commissioning report unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commissioning reports are prepared for the specific project and site conditions measured on the date of attendance. Air Con Balancing accepts no liability for changes after the report date.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We carry public liability insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
